Kanye AR Overview
Story
Kanye West is artist whose albums have such a rich story to them and Augmented Reality was a technology I wanted to design for and learn. Going through my own design process, I designed a unique experience revitalize and celebrate the notorious discography of Kanye Omari West.
Goals
I wanted this to be a learning experience for myself in regards to teaching myself AR/VR design. Walking away with a strong sense for considerations when building for AR and developing strong software skills was top priority.

This was a solo personal project. I executed on all things creative (minus the actual album covers) and engineering.
Timeline
2 weeks (November 2019)
I created this project to learn, but I also intended to present it during an interview for an AR Design related position.
Tool-Kit
Sketch, Principle, Unity, Blender, Vuforia, AutoCAD, Adobe CC, C#, X Code
I learned the majority of these tools on the fly.
Project Reflection
I love to learn and by teaching myself how to build an Augmented Reality experience, I learned a lot about myself. I learned that I have a budding love for using new technologies to provide impactful experiences to people and put a smile on their face.
Next Steps
As with any experience, the product can always improve. I plan to flush out key aspects of this experience by building the web page to initiate the user journey for the experience. I really want to dive deeper into what I can do with the animation of the albums themselves.
